I offer children an environment that is all about them. I believe children learn best in an environment that is fun, inviting, friendly, nurturing, and relaxed. I believe play based, hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning experiences will let children thrive throughout the day.
My daycare program provides children with materials and lets them make choices and decisions. They interact with their peers and adults, reflect on ideas and actions, use language in meaningful ways, and receive appropriate adult support throughout the day.
I promote open communication with parents or guardians. I ask that you share your child’s home life, their likes or dislikes, favorite things, etc. If there are ever concerns you may have about your child or my daycare, I hope you will share them with me.
