Grind Rite Centerless Grinding System & Fixture
Whether you chose the CNC System, Manual System or Fixture, the Grind-Rite is the ultimate in tooling for super precise grinding of cylindrical parts. A must for the cutting tool or job shop. Applications for the system include cutting tools for both industrial and surgical markets, automotive parts, core pins for injection molding or any other application that requires close tolerance round parts.

Special 8" x 18" base with additional 2" of crossfeed travel for added stability, through hole in column for grinding long parts, manual operation of vertical , crossfeed and longitudinal travel, optional fine downfeed on vertical feed, 32 gallon coolant system with auto advance paper filtration, 3HP cartridge type motorized grinding spindle, stainless steel tray with adjustable sliding guards, work light, wheel guard for wheels up to 8" dia. X 2" wide (optional extensions for wider wheels available), model 15-000 Grind Rite fixture as described below. Arranged to operate on 230/400/460 Volt, 3 phase 60 Hz. Other voltage options are available upon request.

# 15-000 Fixture Features
The standard Grind Rite fixture features a brushless DC regulating roll motor, water proof motor housing and reg. roll belt cover, Poly "V" belt for reg. roll drive, class 7 regulating wheel bearings, 4 1/2" dia x 4" wide regulating wheel (D x W), infinitely variable regulating wheel speed from 0 – 200 RPM, stainless steel control box, precision guide bars set on an angle for ease of setup, sealed jack screw for adjusting blade height with bearing, one (1) piece hard anodize cast aluminum base, cast aluminum sine base, cam adjusted blade angle.

Standard Tooling
The standard Grind Rite tooling includes (1) plunge grind and (1) thrufeed carbide tipped blade for part diameters from 1/4" to 1-1/4" and up to 7" in length, work rest, 3/16" work guide, set of five (5) guide risers, 1-1/4" pressure roll, infeed guide assembly, carbide tipped end stop, coolant lines and nozzles w/ shut off valve. Optional tooling available to increase diameter range from .010" to 5"
